All sales are final and AS IS.  We will disclose any known blemishes, and do our best to describe each horse's temperament, training level, and abilities.  Not every horse is suited to every person, and we cannot guarantee that each horse will be suited for a specific task or able to perform as desired.  We encourage and welcome potential buyers to arrange for a Prepurchase Veterinary Exam.   No warranty or guarantee is implied or given. 
All foals are eligible for registration and have been microchipped, dewormed, and had one set of vaccinations.  Registration and additional vaccinations are the responsibility of the buyer unless agreed otherwise in advance.  
Shipping is the responsibility of the Buyer.  Silver Creek Farms will provide a current Coggins and Certificate of Veterinary Inspection (Health Certificate) if needed.   A deposit is required when an agreement to purchase is made, and the balance is due before the horse is transported to the buyer.  We accept cash, Venmo, money orders, credit cards, and pre-approved checks.  Any prices listed on the website are subject to change.  Please email us at [email protected] for current prices or more information.
